Welcome to the Eolia Beauty website (hereinafter “the Site”).
By making a purchase on our online store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of Eolia Beauty and its customers regarding the sale of cosmetic products via the Shopify online store.
Any order placed on the Site implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Products

The products offered are cosmetics and beauty accessories.
Eolia Beauty strives to present items as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, ingredients).
However, slight differences may exist between displayed images and the actual product.

All products are offered subject to stock availability.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the Site are in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs.
Eolia Beauty reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be charged based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

5. Orders

Any order placed on the Site constitutes a firm and definitive commitment by the customer.
A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Eolia Beauty reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of:

• Prior disputes with the customer

• Payment failure

• Suspected fraud

6. Payment

Payments are secure and can be made via:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

• PayPal

• Shopify Payments

All transactions are encrypted via SSL.
Eolia Beauty never has access to the customer’s banking details.

7. Delivery

Products are shipped from our partner warehouses in Estonia.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally between 5 and 10 business days.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are indicated before order confirmation.
Eolia Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

• Deliveries within Europe: No customs fees apply for orders shipped within the EU.

• Deliveries to the United States: Orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are not included in our prices and remain the customer’s responsibility.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Belgian law.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defective products.

9. Refunds

For accepted returns, refunds are made via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of our error.

10. Liability

Eolia Beauty cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products.
Eolia Beauty’s liability is limited to the amount of the customer’s order.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Eolia Beauty commits never to sell or share these data with third parties without consent.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, design, trademarks, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, the courts of Namur (Belgium) have jurisdiction, unless otherwise legally required.
