🔁 Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Belgian and European law, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without incurring penalties.

🚫 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or if their sealed packaging has been broken.

Items that cannot be returned include:

• Makeup, skincare, perfumes, etc., if the seal is opened or damaged.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Gift cards.

Only products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return.

📦 Return Conditions

To have your return accepted:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Packaging must be intact and complete.

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective product received).

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including a photo of the product, at:
