This policy outlines our shipping, delivery, and tracking procedures.

📦 1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Belgium

  • Luxembourg

  • France

  • Netherlands

  • United States of America

If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@eoliabeauty.com before placing your order.

🌍 2. Shipping Origin

Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses located in Estonia (EU).
This allows us to ensure:

  • Efficient European logistics

  • Reasonable delivery times without customs fees for EU customers

⏱️ 3. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

These times are indicative and may vary due to:

  • High-demand periods (sales, holidays, etc.)

  • Factors beyond our control (postal delays, weather conditions, customs)

💰 4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The weight of the package

  • The delivery country

  • The chosen shipping method

We offer standard tracked shipping, and occasionally free shipping during promotions or for orders above a certain amount (as indicated on the website).

🧾 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier tracking link.

You can track your order at any time via this link or from your Shopify customer account.

🚫 6. Undelivered / Refused Packages

In case of incorrect address, refusal of the package, or delivery failure, the package will be returned to our logistics center.
Any re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you do not claim your package, a partial refund (excluding shipping costs) may be issued after receipt and inspection of the product.

⚠️ 7. Incomplete or Damaged Orders

If a product is missing or damaged:

  • Take a photo of the package and the affected product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@eoliabeauty.com

We will then offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

🌿 8. Exceptional Delays

In exceptional circumstances (strikes, logistical delays, pandemics, etc.), additional delays may occur.
Eolia Beauty commits to informing customers as soon as possible.
